Breakfast selection was outstanding and delicious.

Location within Universal City was excellent. Just a quick two-minute walk from the train station made getting around super easy. The spacious rooms were clean every day, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. Breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive selection that kept us fueled for our busy days. However, the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable. we even had to use couch cushions at night for comfort. The bathroom also needed a bit more attention as it wasn't as clean as expected. Despite these issues, the overall experience was still pretty good, especially for visiting Universal Studios.

Our stay was primarily to visit Universal Studios and we really loved how conveniently located everything was. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a great selection, which was a highlight for us each morning. Plus, the room was spacious enough for our family of four, and we appreciated how well it was maintained. However, the breakfast area could get quite crowded, leading to long lines, which was a bit frustrating when trying to get our meal and head out early for the park.

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, setting a positive tone for our stay. Our Superior Twin Room comfortably accommodated three of us, making it a cozy retreat after busy days at Universal Studios. The buffet breakfast was an incredible experience, with made-to-order mini hamburgers and freshly prepared okonomiyaki that truly stood out. Additionally, being just a quick stroll away from Universal City Walk made dining and exploring incredibly easy.

The self check-in was slow, especially for larger groups.

Wonderful space for my family of five. The kids loved that all the beds were connected in a row, so we could all sleep next to each other. Waking up and walking over to Universal was a breeze!

My wife says that the bathroom could use a deep clean.
